Adopting the same strategy with Vista, Office 2007 is presented in various versions, ranging from the economical to complete. Here is an explanation of each version are:

• Office Professional 2007

Bid for the mainstream classroom that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Publisher. The official price of U.S. $ 499.95, and U.S. $ 329.95 for the upgrade version.

• Office Professional Plus 2007

Bid for premium class which is only available when purchased in volume license (contract). The contents of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, Office Communicator, InfoPath, server-based content management, forms management, and ability to make policies based on user rights.

• Office Small Business 2007


Version of Office that are intended for small-business classes.
Package containing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher. The official price of U.S. $ 449.95, and U.S. $ 279.95 for the upgrade version.

• Office Home and Student 2007


As the name implies, this package is intended for individual users, such as school pupils, teachers, parents, and other individual users. However, applications that include only Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. The price offered was U.S. $ 149.95, and can not be upgraded.

• Office Standard 2007

Version of the bottom of the mainstream classroom. Therein included Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The price is U.S. $ 399.95, and U.S. $ 239.95 to ugrade version.

• Office Ultimate 2007

The highest version for the retail buyer. It contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with Business

• Office Basic 2007

Only available for the OEM to include in the purchase of a new PC built up. Package contains only Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Same as Office Professional Plus 2007, which can only be purchase volume license. Contained therein Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, Offi ce Communicator (instant messaging), InfoPath, OneNote, Groove, content management
server-based, forms management, and ability to make policies based on user rights.

In addition to Office packages that have been described earlier, Microsoft also has individual Office applications some of which are not included in Office packages earlier. These applications include Office Accounting Professional 2008, Office Live Groove 2007, Office OneNote 2007, Office Project Standard 2007, Office Publisher 2007, Office Visio Standard 2007 and Office Visio Professional 2007.
